DCD-24 Word Clock Distributor/Generator
The DCD-24 is both a Word Clock Generator and a Distributor, using exceptional jitter reduction technology. With 24 BNC outputs the DCD-24 sends accurate Word Clock throughout an installation.
The DCD-24 provides word clock at frequencies up to 192KHz locked to its high precision internal crystal or to an external reference - WC, Video Sync (all standard HD & SD rates), AES3 or 10 MHz (from GPS or Rubidium clocks). The rate of the reference (input) is automatically measured and “learned” while the output rate can be either identical to the input ('follow input' - WC or AES only) or set to any other frequency regardless of the input rate.
Outputs 17-24 have a multiplier/divider so that 2 different rates can be distriibuted simultaneously by the DCD-24, for example 48K and 96K.
Two external 12VDC power supply can be connected to the DCD-24. It can operate with either of these power sources and they can both act as a back-up for the other with auto switch-over in the event of a failure.

SR-28 Timecode Distributor/Reshaper
Like it's big brother the SR-112 Distripalyzer, the SR-28 can drive time code over long cables, making it ideal for synchronization during live shows and remote recording.
The SR-28 time code distributor, with two inputs and eight outputs, reshapes time code while distributing it, eliminating amplitude distortions and level fluctuations. The level of each output is individually adjustable via front panel pots. The input is selected via a front panel switch. Also included are 2 power inputs and an automatic switch over in case of failure.
Multing a single time code source to multiple destination can cause many problems. The SR-28 eliminates those by distributing timecode through balanced and buffered outputs.
The Brainstorm Timecode Distributors are more than audio DA's: they reshape the signal before distributing it. Audio DA's on the other hand, transfer all distortions and level fluctuations present at the source.

SR-112 Timecode Distripalyzer
The industry standard SR-112 is designed to distribute time code through its 12 buffered outputs while analyzing it. The reshaper sends clean time code, even over long cables, making it ideal for live environments.
The front panel includes a large 8 digit reader and an LCD display showing the units status and reporting errors as they are detected. All modern SMPTE and EBU SD/HD rates are supported. With the option TCG, the SR-112 can also generate new time code or repair exisitng one.
