And now with the addition of a 1.6m straight plug-n-play USB-C cable, the DT 900 PRO X delivers professional studio quality sound by simply connection to a USB-C port that support the USB-C host or USB OTG (On-The-Go) function. The cable features a high-quality built-in (ESS), digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) ideal for connection with USB-C compatible smartphones, tablets or laptops.
In addition, thanks to the high-end digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), inconvenient adapters with insufficient sound quality are a thing of the past. Switch smoothly between different devices, with consistently high audio quality.
Another benefit is its comprehensive, detailed and natural frequency response. Very short time lags as well as a detailed transient response ensure a constantly dependable sound, even at high levels. The fast response of the transducer and the detailed transient response, produced by the low coil weight, create a sound that is always reliable even at high sound pressure levels.
In addition, due to our newly developed PRO X absorber pads made out of acoustic damping materials that are placed in front of each driver, the treble frequencies are not only very balanced and smooth, but still very detailed.
