The Studio Edge 2-Channel Rackmount Bidirectional 4K SDI/HDMI/Full NDI Converter from SCIENCE IMAGE is a compact 1 RU short-depth chassis, featuring high-density, multi-channel NDI conversion capabilities. Ideal for studios requiring efficient management of numerous NDI sources and destinations within a single device, its blend of connectivity and performance is impressive. The Studio Edge series doubles as a display management system for digital signage, leveraging its integrated fiber connections to transmit video and audio over extended distances without signal degradation.

Driven by the same high-bandwidth NDI encoding and decoding engine found in the NDI Studio 4K. SH and STUDIO 2 standalone converters, the Studio Edge series offers identical connectivity within a rack-mountable chassis, powered by a single power supply. Each channel boasts independent power switches, LED displays, tally lights, video inputs and outputs, network connections, and audio ports. The unit supports VISCA and Pelco P and D support for use with compatible, separately available PTZ cameras.
